One of the ‘TEN COMMANDMENTS’ of great customer service is: Identify and anticipate needs. Customers buy solutions to problems, not products or services. Communicate regularly to be aware of current and upcoming needs, and to stay ahead, or be aware, of problems, and offer easy solutions.

This is one area that we have prided ourselves on over the years, but have been faced with recent workload challenges. Current and projected quote activity dictate that we enhance our level of customer support with quality, experienced team members that can exceed your expectations.
Beginning March 1, 2015 our inside sales team will be adding Becky Nichols to an inside sales position responsible for jib and bridge crane quoting and managing the order/manufacturing process.  Becky will be working closely with Bob Krueger to become fluent in quoting bridge cranes, as we have seen in this area increase dramatically.   Beth Chandler will continue to handle standard and simple modification quotes, with emphasis for Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan accounts, as the needs for our distributors in these areas requires her working knowledge of slings, rigging, material handling and service.  Monica DeMeuse will be off-loading a large portion of her accounting duties to take on more administrative and support functions specific to sales.  Monica will help facilitate the order process with coordinating new account set up, drawing approvals, process payments, etc., as she has done in the past, but now with fewer distractions.

Rick has over 22 years of crane and material handling experience. This accumulated expertise and knowledge gives Rick a great advantage in working through modified and custom design jib and gantry cranes applications, to provide the most economic pricing.

Rick is an avid major league baseball fan, particularly his home state Milwaukee Brewers. Rick lives with his wife and two daughters in Chilton, Wisconsin, where he serves on the city council.

Becky has been the purchasing manager at Contrx Cranes and brings her familiarity with costs and components that go into building jib and bridge cranes, and understanding of good customer service, to give you a strong ally for helping you earn new, and more, business.

While Becky’s dream job is to work in a ‘Doggy Daycare’ she sees her experience here to be excellent training!

bethBeth Chandler – Inside Sales
Beth has been a great addition to the Contrx Industries team, bringing her background and experiences within the rigging and technical service industry, as well as industrial sales and machining.

As a mother of 3 children, Beth loves to cook, and spends time bicycling. Beth is also a true Wisconsin sports fan of the Packers and Brewers.

Monica has been heavily involved in all sales aspects for Contrx Industries. She has developed hands-on experience with CAD drawings, working through the drawing approval process, and understands how to keep things moving forward, on time. Monica will also be involved in coordination of our marketing efforts and support.
Monica is still hoping to win the lottery soon…but is pretty satisfied with spending time traveling with her husband and their 2 children, as well as going on ‘occasional’ shopping excursions.
